Aftercare

At Level 7, results are built over time through structured treatment courses. Each session creates controlled skin stimulation, followed by a healing and remodelling phase.

Aftercare is a critical part of this process. It supports recovery, reduces inflammation, and ensures optimal treatment outcomes across your journey.

Chemical Peels

Immediately after treatment (first 6–24 hours)

  • Don’t wash your face for at least 6–12 hours (follow your practitioner’s specific advice if they gave you one).

  • Avoid touching or rubbing your skin.

  • Do not apply makeup for 24 hours.

  • Avoid strenuous exercise, hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and anything that causes heavy sweating.

First 3–7 Days

  • Avoid all “active” skincare:

    • Retinol/tretinoin

    • AHAs and BHAs (glycolic, lactic, salicylic acid)

    • Vitamin C serums

    • Physical exfoliants and scrubs

  • Swimming pools and hot tubs.

  • Other facial treatments (microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning).

Sun Exposure & Protection

  • Wear SPF 30–50 every day.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 1–2 weeks.

  • Reapply sunscreen if you’re outside for extended periods
